Additionally, brightstack^® has received the World Class Customer Satisfaction award on all customer surveys conducted between October 2009 and December 2009. The honor was given by ShoreTel to brightstack^® in recognition of brightstack^®’s World-Class customer satisfaction. A score of more than 90% is considered World-Class service by standards defined by the technology industry. ShoreTel surveys all of our installations on a 4 point scale, and brightstack^® consistently scores 90%, quarter over quarter, since the program started in 2005.
