The honor was given by ShoreTel to brightstack® in recognition of our World Class customer satisfaction.
ShoreTel conducts routine customer satisfaction surveys from all customers related to all areas of customer satisfaction. September 1, 2009 - The brightstack® ShoreTel pilot program is designed to take the risk out of your capital purchase by enabling you to "try before you buy".
The brightstack® team will work with you to define success criteria for the pilot. The resulting document will be a checklist of features and functionality most important to your organization. The program includes loaned equipment and services associated with integrating the ShoreTel system into your environment. Any service fees associated with the pilot will be credited back towards your full installation. Equipment is loaned at no charge.
The pilot system can be integrated with your current phone system or run standalone in a lab environment. PSTN trunks (dialtone, POTs lines, etc) can be integrated to provide a live ShoreTel system for complete functionality.

ShoreTel surveys all of our installations on a 4 point scale, and brightstack® consistently scores 90%, quarter over quarter, since the program started in 2005.
