brightstack is moving to new office space
March 15, 2011, brightstack announced today that the organization will be moving to 450 Seventh Avenue on the 8th Floor. The building is a portfolio property of The Kaufman Organization and contains many amenities including 24/7 security, card access on all doors and a Starbucks in the lobby. The new space is being built out to brightstack's specifications and brightstack anticipates taking keys in May, 2011. The representing broker was Scott Bloom of Bloom Real Estate Group. "The new space is instrumental for our growth plans." says Lou Person, President of brightstack. "Kaufman is building us a state of the art facility for our Sales, Service and Back Office Operations. In addition to making us more productive and efficient, we have the best views in New York City of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade since the route changed across 34th ending right in front of our window. We are at eye level with the balloons."
