Traxi Technologies Achieves Shoretel World Class Customer Satisfaction January 2007 - March 2007

Traxi Technologies, LLC today announced the company has received the World Class Customer Satisfaction award on all customer surveys conducted between January 2007 and March 2007. The honor was given by ShoreTel to Traxi in recognition of our World Class customer satisfaction.

ShoreTel conducts routine customer satisfaction surveys from all customers related to all areas of customer satisfaction. A score of more than 90% is considered World Class service by standards defined by the technology industry. ShoreTel partners who score over 90% on customer satisfaction surveys receive achievement awards from ShoreTel.
