ShoreTel 7.0, Time to Upgrade

ShoreTel 7 offers Programmable Toolbars for the end user which allows them to perform many telephony and browsing operations just by clicking a button in Personal Call Manager. This feature has also been extended to the Contact Center so that end users can access call control functions and contact center operations from a single, unified interface. The Auto Find Me feature has been enhanced by automating call forwarding behavior. A call can now immediately be sent to a destination without requiring any digit entry. Additionally, Escalation Notification has been added that allows transfer of a message until it has been heard. This enables support groups to offer round-the-clock service to their customers. ShoreTel 7 allows company personalization by offering the ability to load custom ring tones on IP phones. This can allow end users to distinguish the sound of their phone from that of their neighbors' phones with a custom ring tone. As an added value to our TraxiCare clients, we have arranged to provide FREE ShoreWare Director Self-paced Training on your Training Extranet. Please remember that self-paced Personal Call Manager, Workgroup Call Manager, and Operator Call Manager courses are also offered at no charge, as are tutorials on all the ShoreTel telephones.
